Equipping believers to live out God’s promises, our church is inspired by Luke 4:18: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news..." We are committed to empowering individuals to take action in faith, bringing hope, healing, and transformation to their communities. Through teaching, discipleship, and support, we help believers step boldly into their God-given purpose and make a lasting impact.
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruiseD.

ABOUT OUR LEADERS
OUR PASTORS
Pastors Herb and Kimberly Delaney are dedicated and devoted servants of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Delaneys have served in many capacities in the local church. They have been youth ministers, college and career ministry leaders, adult retreat presenters, ushers, security, crisis prevention, and choir. Throughout this experience, they have allowed the Holy Spirit to guide their interactions and help others become empowered to act on God’s Promises for their lives. In 2019, God called the Delaneys into a greater service for Him. Together they were Ordained and Licensed as ministers of the gospel, it became abundantly clear that they were called to be Pastors. Excitingly, the Delaneys founded and started Life EMPACT Ministries in August of 2022. Life EMPACT Ministries is a ministry that believes that through God’s word every believer can Become Empowered to ACT on God’s Promises for their lives! The ministry’s foundational verse is out of the Gospel Luke 4:18. Service is at the core of the ministry!
